The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand inaugurated the “Shirts with Innovative Fabric Manipulation Techniques” project, which was the midterm examination submission of 4th semester Fashion Design students. Accompanied by the Faculty of Design (FoD) team, the Vice-Chancellor appreciated the students’ innovative work, commended their design thinking, and praised their execution in the garments, encouraging them to continue their efforts. He remarked that every student is a fashion brand and suggested that they consider integrating traditional craftsmanship into Western wear to preserve the rich culture of the region and beyond.
