December 31, 2024- In a strategic initiative to bridge the gap between academia and industry, faculty members from the Faculty of Design at Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design & Heritage, Sukkur have embarked on an industry training program at Mustaqim Group of Companies. This 10-day training experience aims to enhance the professional expertise of the faculty to ensure that students are equipped with the practical skills needed to become work ready graduates.
The training program will provide faculty with hands-on exposure to key industry practices, focusing on critical areas such as spinning, weaving, design, manufacturing, and product development. The sessions will take place at two prominent facilities of Mustaqim Group: Mustaqim Dyeing and Printing and Bonanza Satrangi, offering an invaluable opportunity for faculty members to experience first-hand the real-world dynamics of the textile and design industries.
By engaging directly with industry experts and witnessing production processes in action, the faculty members will gain a deeper understanding of current trends, challenges, and opportunities in design and manufacturing. This experience will, in turn, be instrumental in enriching their teaching methods and fostering a practical, industry-aligned curriculum at Aror University Sukkur.
